There is enough parking for up to 5 cars on the concrete driveway and car entry.  

$500 damage deposit will be required 7 days before check-in and refunded within 2 weeks of check-out after house has been inspected.  <br />

Any repairs or excessive cleaning related to your mistreatment of the property may result in some or all of this deposit being held.  Guests should expect a full refund of this deposit when the property is treated respectfully and left as it was found.  

Guests will be given a key code to enter at the door for entry. 

Beautiful Carova Beach is where the pavement ends and the fun begins!  

There are beds for 16 ppl and two comfy sofas on the first floor with it's own full bath.

We are doggo friendly but do require a non-refundable $250 fee for the first doggo and $50 each additional. 

There is absolutely no smoking of any kind inside the house.  Indications of indoor smoking may cause the full deposit to be kept.  The same holds true for cigarette butts and other smoking remnants outside, finding these around the house may cause some of the deposit to be kept.  

No smoking here means leave absolutely no trace of ANY smoking, ANY where when you leave.  

All bedroom TV’s are “smart” with Roku and are connected to Wi-Fi for you to stream content via your own subscriptions (cable TV is not provided).
