Leap of Faith - Carova

Leap of Faith is at Mile Marker 22 and the entrance to the beach is at Mile Marker 13, you will have 9 MILES of beach driving to navigate to get to the house. A true 4WD vehicle is a must.

Air-down your tires before the pavement ends at The Historic Corolla Park by the lighthouse. Tire pressure is best at 15-20 psi even with 4WD. Free Air-up here on your way home.

There are very few street signs, no street lights, and no traffic signals/signs on the sand. Once you are off the main beach and on the "back roads", the north/south traffic ALWAYS has right-of-way, so stop at every intersection when you're going east/west, like on Bonita.

It is always best to arrive at lower tide during day. I use an app called "Tides Near Me" and use Sandbridge as the closest measurement point to get the latest tide info.

Once you've turned off the beach, you will cross Sandfiddler, then Sandpiper, then Ocean Pearl. The next right turn will be onto Pike Rd and the house is there on the right.
